Installing your signature

Your signature uses hosted images — the logo and icons load automatically in sent mail on every device. Recipients with strict privacy settings may need to tap "load images," which is normal for any logo signature.

New Outlook for Windows

  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Open Settings (gear) › Accounts › Signatures.
  3. Click New signature, name it "Travelpro".
  4. Click into the edit box and press Ctrl + V to paste.
  5. Set it as default for New messages and Replies/forwards, then Save.

Classic Outlook for Windows

  1. Click Copy signature.
  2. Go to File › Options › Mail › Signatures…
  3. Click New, name it, click into the edit box, press Ctrl + V.
  4. Choose it as the default under "Choose default signature", then OK.

Outlook for Mac

  1. Click Copy signature.
  2. Go to Outlook › Settings › Signatures (new) or Preferences › Signatures (legacy).
  3. Click +, name it "Travelpro".
  4. Click into the edit box and press ⌘ V.
  5. Set as default for new messages and replies, then close.

Apple Mail (macOS)

  1. Click Copy signature.
  2. Go to Mail › Settings › Signatures.
  3. Pick your account, click + to add a signature.
  4. Click into the right-hand box, uncheck "Always match my default message font", then press ⌘ V.
  5. Drag the new signature onto the account if needed; set it as the default.

iOS Mail can't paste HTML directly into the signature box, so transfer it through an email:

  1. From your computer, email the signature to yourself — paste it into a new message and send.
  2. On the device, open that email in Mail, then Select All › Copy the signature.
  3. Go to Settings › Apps › Mail › Signature (older iOS: Settings › Mail › Signature).
  4. Clear the box and Paste.
  5. If it pastes as plain text, shake the device › Undo — iOS restores the formatted version with the logo.

The signature setting doesn't sync between iPhone and iPad — set it on each device separately.

The Gmail Android app only supports plain-text signatures, so use one of these options:

Best option — Gmail web

In the Gmail web app on your computer, go to Settings › See all settings › General › Signature, paste your signature with Ctrl / ⌘ V, then Save changes. The Android app uses it when you enable "Web signature defaults" in the account's mobile signature settings.

Outlook for Android

Go to Settings › your account › Signature, which supports rich content. Open the emailed signature on your phone, copy it, and paste into the signature field.

Plain text fallback

Copy the signature, open a plain-text editor, paste, then copy again — this strips the HTML formatting for apps that only accept plain text.
